Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb sausage, browned and drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup creamed corn
  • 3 boxes Jiffy Cornbread mix
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 F till golden brown.
  2. Top with salsa, if desired.
