Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Put the cream cheese, condensed milk, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract in a blender and mix thoroughly.
  2. In a 1-quart loaf or round pan, brown the sugar over low heat until caramelized; turn the pan to coat all sides with caramel.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the caramel-coated pan; cover with foil.
  4. Place the pan in a larger pan filled with water to create a water bath.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Invert the flan onto a plate to serve.
