Ingredients

  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 small cans chopped black olives
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel, pit, and mash the avocados.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocados and mix. Set aside.
  3. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning together; set aside.
  4. Combine chopped green onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped black olives, and shredded Cheddar cheese to make the topping.
  5. Serve the mashed avocado with the seasoned sour cream and the topping mixture alongside bean dip and tortilla chips.
