Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fresh carrots
  • 4 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 small carton sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook carrots until tender; drain.
  2. Add Velveeta cheese, sour cream, salt, sugar, and black pepper to the carrots.
  3. Heat gently until cheese is melted and ingredients are well combined.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish.
  5. Top with chopped green onions before serving.
