Ingredients

  • 26 graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 pint sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a prepared pan to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and continue to mix.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla, beating well after each addition.
  4. Fold in the sour cream until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before refrigerating. Serve chilled.
