Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine Sugar and Oil. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add Eggs.
  3. 3. Stir in Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cinnamon and Salt.
  4. 4. Fold in Carrots.
  5. 5. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. When cake is cool, spread with Cream Cheese Frosting.
