Instructions
- 1. Combine Sugar and Oil. Mix well.
- 2. Add Eggs.
- 3. Stir in Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cinnamon and Salt.
- 4. Fold in Carrots.
- 5. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
- 6. When cake is cool, spread with Cream Cheese Frosting.
