  • 1/2 cup raw ground carrot
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • dash of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well mixed.
  2. Heat oiled skillet over medium heat.
  3. Form mixture into small, flat patties and cook on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Remove from skillet and serve warm.
