Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 cups raw carrots, ground
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix cooked rice, ground carrots, ground onion, peanut butter, milk, eggs, oil, salt, and sage thoroughly in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into an oiled baking pan, spreading evenly.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 1/2 hours until set and golden.
  4. Serve hot, yielding approximately 8 to 10 servings.
