Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 1/3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, approximately 1 minute.
  2. Divide the batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or make into cupcakes.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 45 minutes for loaves or 20 to 25 minutes for cupcakes.
