Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. cassava
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) can coconut milk
  • 1 pkg. young coconut, grated
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for eggs and condensed milk. Spread the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
  3. Mix eggs and condensed milk and spread over the top of the cake.
  4. Bake until the top is browned.
