Ingredients

  • lettuce
  • cherry tomatoes
  • red onion
  • kidney beans
  • Great Northern beans (optional)
  • Fritos
  • black olives

Instructions

  1. Cut up lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Add any other salad fixings you wish, such as cucumbers or peppers.
  3. Cut onion into large pieces.
  4. Add 1/2 can of rinsed kidney beans and/or 1/2 can of rinsed Great Northern beans, then add dressing and mix.
  5. Before serving, add black olives and Fritos.
