Ingredients

  • 6 to 7 catfish fillets
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  2. Dredge each catfish fillet in melted butter.
