Ingredients

  • 4 catfish fillets
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 sprigs of oregano
  • butter
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the onion and cut the tomatoes into narrow wedges. Saute lightly in one tablespoon of butter.
  2. Place the catfish fillets in a baking dish so they do not overlap.
  3. Sprinkle the fish with oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Dot the fish with butter.
  5. Spoon the sautéed onions and tomatoes over the fish.
