Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Defrost cauliflower under running water until separated.
  2. Dry cauliflower on paper towels.
  3. Roll cauliflower in bread crumbs and arrange in a single layer on a baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs over the cauliflower.
  5. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  6. Pour olive oil over the cauliflower.
  7. Sprinkle grated Italian cheese over the top.
  8. Bake at 350°F for about 30 to 45 minutes, turning with a spatula about 20 minutes into cooking.
