Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower head, cored
  • 2 cups fresh tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower until nearly tender.
  2. Place the cauliflower on a platter.
  3. Spoon the tomato sauce over the cauliflower and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Cover with foil and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
