Ingredients

  • 1 package lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground meat, browned and drained
  • 1 lb Ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 small cans drained mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix the spaghetti sauce, drained mushrooms, and cream of mushroom soup together.
  2. Cover the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan with the sauce mixture.
  3. Layer cooked lasagna noodles, browned ground meat, ricotta cheese, and sauce in the pan.
  4. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with a layer of sauce on top.
  5. Spread additional sauce over the top layer.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over all.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour until bubbly and golden.
