Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, torn into small pieces
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into small pieces
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Miracle Whip
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Layer lettuce, cauliflower, and onion in a large bowl.
  2. Do not mix the layers.
  3. Cover with Miracle Whip.
  4. Sprinkle bacon, sugar, and Parmesan cheese on top of the Miracle Whip in that order.
  5. Do not mix the layers.
  6. Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Toss well just before serving.
