Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 12 beaten eggs or 3 cartons Egg Beaters
  • 1 large can Cheez Whiz or 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 2 c. corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Saute ham, green onions, and mushrooms in 3 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Add beaten eggs and stir until eggs are just set.
  3. Add cheese (Cheez Whiz or shredded Cheddar cheese).
