Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. Steam the whole head of cauliflower.
  2. Do not break the head apart. After the cauliflower is steamed, leave it in the pot.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and mustard together and cover the top of the cauliflower.
  4. Sprinkle sharp cheese on top of the mustard sauce.
  5. Cover and let the cheese melt, then serve.
