Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3/4 cup cooked chicken, flaked
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. Set the egg whites aside.
  3. Mash the egg yolks with a fork until smooth.
  4. In a bowl, combine the mashed yolks, cooked chicken, chopped celery, mayonnaise, dry mustard, and salt.
  5. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  6. Spoon or pipe the mixture into the halved egg whites.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika and/or parsley for garnish.
  8. Serve chilled.
