Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg until light and frothy.
  2. Add milk and oil; beat well to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, celery seeds, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, stirring well to form a dough.
  5. Chill the dough for at least 2 hours.
  6. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. Roll the dough to 1/8 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
  8. Cut the dough with 1 1/2 inch canap cutters.
  9. Place the cut dough on ungreased baking sheets.
  10. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
