Ingredients

  • peas
  • no
  • potato
  • yellow niblets
  • onion
  • mixed vegetables
  • elbow macaroni
  • ground beef
  • tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown beef.
  2. Add potatoes and onions and mix well.
  3. Add vegetables together with liquid and add 2 to 3 cups of water. Add macaroni and simmer at least 45 minutes until potatoes and onions are done.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Makes 6 generous servings.
