Instructions
- Melt butter in an electric skillet at 250°F (121°C).
- Add mushroom caps, round side up, to the skillet.
- Sprinkle garlic salt over the mushrooms until completely covered; add chopped onions on top.
- Cover the skillet, leaving the vent open, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Stir once during cooking.
- Drain excess butter from the mushrooms.
- Fold in sour cream and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
