Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups melted butter
  • 1 package coconut macaroons, crushed
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large can pineapple tidbits, cut up
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 bananas, chopped
  • 1 bowl Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed coconut macaroons and melted butter to make the crust.
  2. Press the crust mixture into a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Combine pineapple tidbits, strawberries, bananas, and Cool Whip in a large bowl and mix well.
  5. Add the fruit mixture to the cream cheese and sugar mixture and blend gently.
  6. Spread the combined mixture over the crust.
  7. Freeze until firm, about 2-3 hours.
  8. Remove from freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
