Charred Lemon Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 head Broccoli Cut Into Florets
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Asiago Cheese, Grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
  2. Spread the broccoli florets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Using tongs, gently toss the florets in the oil to combine.
  3. Place into the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and squeeze the lemon juice on top of the broccoli. Place the baking sheet back into the oven for 15 more minutes.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and season with salt, pepper and grated Asiago cheese and serve.
