Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato bisque soup
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 2 lb. cubed lean beef
  • vegetables to taste (i.e., carrots, potatoes, squash, mushrooms, onions)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into an oven roaster and cover.
  2. Bake in a slow oven all day or at 350°F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
