Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. roasted, unblanched almonds or pecans
  • 2 strips bacon
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Chop the green onion finely.
  2. Chop the roasted, unblanched almonds or pecans finely.
  3. Crumble the fried bacon into small pieces.
  4. Blend all ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Serve with crackers.
