Ingredients

  • 3 sticks margarine, softened
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 3 to 3 1/2 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Cream margarine and grated cheese in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, paprika, and flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Press the dough through the star tip of a cookie press onto a cookie sheet.
  4. Cut the pressed dough into 1 to 2-inch lengths.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
