Ingredients

  • 7 oz. spaghetti, broken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 8 oz. shredded cheese, divided
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. diced pimentos
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine cooked chicken, 1 cup shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, diced pimentos, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the chicken mixture, tossing to coat.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
