Ingredients

  • 36 oz. hash browns
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix together the hash browns, salt, pepper, onion, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and grated Cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
