Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Texas Pete
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except for the pecans, stirring well.
  2. Make into a ball and chill in the refrigerator.
  3. When cold, roll in pecans.
  4. Serve with your choice of crackers or bagels.
