- Starting at the narrow end, roll the meat up to form a log.
- Chill the rolled meat for several hours or overnight.
- Slice the chilled meat into 6 to 8 servings.
- Lay the slices flat in a shallow pan or cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
