Ingredients

  • 16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 7 oz. can mushrooms (pieces and stems), drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped finely
  • 1 small jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix shredded Cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, drained mushrooms, chopped onion, and drained diced pimentos; mix well.
  2. Stir in hot cooked elbow macaroni and minced garlic (if desired).
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 325°F for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
