Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, paprika, and pepper.
  2. In a greased 2-quart baking dish, arrange the sliced potatoes in overlapping rows.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the potatoes.
  4. Spoon the soup mixture over the cheese and potatoes.
  5. Cover the dish and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 45 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
