Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese (low-fat)
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 oz. can deviled ham
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except pecans.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Chill the mixture until firm.
  4. Shape into two balls.
  5. Coat the balls with chopped pecans.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Serve with crackers or chips.
