Ingredients

  • 1 box elbow macaroni
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup pimento
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 pound grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni until al dente and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, mushroom soup, small can of mushrooms, mayonnaise, chopped bell pepper, pimento, onion, and grated cheese.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Set aside enough grated cheese to sprinkle on top before baking.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle with reserved cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
