Ingredients

  • 2 small packages Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 jar Kraft Old English sharp or very sharp cheese
  • 1 jar Kraft Roquefort cheese
  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Blend the cream cheese, Old English cheese, Roquefort cheese, half of the chopped pecans, and parsley flakes until well combined.
  2. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
  3. Freeze the cheese ball for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the cheese ball from the freezer.
  5. Roll the cheese ball into the remaining chopped pecans and parsley flakes to coat evenly.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. May be made 3 or 4 days ahead of time.
