Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 shakes garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
  • parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Grate and mix the cheddar cheese and cream cheese together.
  2. Add garlic powder and minced onions to the cheese mixture.
  3. Chill the mixture until it is easy to form into balls.
  4. Roll the cheese balls in parsley flakes and finely chopped nuts.
