Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced dry onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine milk and beaten egg in a bowl.
  2. Add Bisquick mix, chopped parsley, minced dry onion, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch or 9-inch round pan.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top.
  5. Pour melted butter evenly over the top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
