Ingredients

  • 16 vanilla wafers
  • 2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line muffin pans with cupcake papers.
  3. Place one vanilla wafer cookie in the bottom of each cupcake paper.
  4. In a medium bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and white sugar.
  5. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Pour the cheese mixture over the wafers in each cupcake paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden and set.
