Cheese Drops are crispy, cheesy snacks made by wrapping cheddar cheese cubes in biscuit dough and deep frying until golden. Perfect for parties or quick appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • cooking oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Divide each biscuit into fourths.
  2. Take cubes of cheddar cheese and mold biscuit dough around each cube, ensuring all gaps are sealed to prevent cheese from melting out.
  3. Heat deep fryer until hot.
  4. Drop cheese-covered dough pieces into the hot oil.
  5. Cook until light brown.
  6. Remove from oil and serve warm or cooled.
