Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 20 large marshmallows
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1 small can condensed milk
  • 1 raspberry jello mix, prepared
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup mayo or salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Melt the lemon jello and marshmallows over low heat, then add hot water and stir until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients: drained crushed pineapple, shredded sharp cheese, condensed milk, salt, and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
  4. Prepare the raspberry jello according to package instructions and let it cool slightly.
  5. Pour the raspberry jello over the partially set lemon layer to form a top layer. Refrigerate until fully set.
