Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Jack cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Grate the Longhorn and Jack cheeses.
  2. Mix the grated cheeses with flour and slightly beaten eggs.
  3. Add milk and melted butter to the mixture.
  4. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until golden brown.
