Ingredients

  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 tsp. Louisiana-style hot sauce
  • 2 (6 oz. each) cans crab meat, drained
  • 6 English muffins, split and toasted

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Cheddar cheese soup, chopped green onion, chopped pimento, and hot sauce.
  2. Fold in the drained crab meat until evenly mixed.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the toasted English muffin halves.
  4. Place the topped muffins on baking sheets and bake until heated through and slightly golden.
