Cheese Pineapple Ball

Ingredients
- 1 lb. New York Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. Roquefort cheese
- 24 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese ⓘ
- 1/2 lb. imported Swiss cheese ⓘ
- 1/2 lb. California Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter ⓘ
- 1/2 cup dry sherry ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning ⓘ
- juice from 2 fresh limes ⓘ
Instructions
- Grate or mash all the cheeses and mix them together in a large bowl.
- Add the melted butter, lime juice, sherry, and seasonings (except paprika) to the cheese mixture and combine thoroughly.
