Ingredients

  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Cream the grated Cheddar cheese and butter together; add flour and milk. Blend well and form a large ball with your hands.
  2. Roll small balls with your hands, about the size of a large marble.
  3. Place the balls on a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
