Ingredients

  • 6 medium squash
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil squash with onion until soft.
  2. Drain and add salt and pepper to taste. Put in greased baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix grated Cheddar cheese, milk, and mayonnaise.
  4. Top the squash mixture with the cheese, milk, and mayonnaise mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until light brown and cheese is melted on top.
