Ingredients

  • 3 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. Rice Krispies
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded Cheddar cheese and butter until well blended.
  2. Add flour and mix until incorporated.
  3. Add Rice Krispies cereal and mix until the mixture holds together.
  4. Pinch off 2 teaspoons of the mixture and roll into balls.
  5. Sprinkle each ball with paprika and place on an ungreased baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
