Cheese-Wine Bread

- Combine wine, margarine, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until margarine is melted and mixture is very warm.
- Cool slightly.
- Combine yeast and 1 1/2 cups of flour in a large mixer bowl.
- Add the wine mixture and eggs to the flour mixture.
- Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Add cheese and remaining 1 1/2 cups of flour gradually, beating constantly to form a soft dough.
- Knead on a floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a greased bowl, turning to coat the surface.
- Let rise, covered, in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in bulk.
