Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. baking mix
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and generously grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook ground beef with chopped onion until browned; drain well.
  3. In a bowl, stir together Cheddar cheese soup, milk, and water.
  4. Add cooked beef, onions, and baking mix to the bowl and stir until fully combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
